1. Cards cost £2.50 for the life of the card unless discounted by an authorized retailer. Any loss or damage of the card resulting in the requirement of a replacement card will need to be reported to the ShopLocal team to be re-issued with an alternative card number and card. Replacement card will cost £2.50.
 

2. All cards must be signed by the name in which it’s registered.
 

3. Business membership costs £60 per annum, rising to £80 per annum dependant on which directories you chose to feature in. ie ShopLocal only = £60, ShopLocal plus EatLocal or StayLocal = £70 or all 3 for just £80 per annum.
 

4.The receipt of discount will not affect your individual statutory rights as to the quality of goods or services provided. In advertising the availability of discount by using the ShopLocal card, ShopLocal is neither endorsing a particular company or product nor giving any assurance as to the quality of the goods or services provided.
 

5. Businesses are entitled to alter their offer or withdraw their offer at any time without notifying cardholders.
 

6. The business membership is non refundable and if wishing to cancel must do so in writing within 7 days.
 

7. Loyalty cards are non refundable or transferable. It is a one time only cost of £2.50 unless lost or stolen (as 1).

 

ShopLocal respects the privacy of all site visitors and subsequently complies with all statutory data protection provisions applicable to England and Wales. The information you provide will be used by us to send all registered businesses (members) and loyalty cardholder’s information regarding ShopLocal, including a newsletter, Magazine, updated business list and invites to ShopLocal events.
